Seventh Freedom, American Rock Artists that have invaded the music scene. This team is Edgy, Strong, Laid Back and Charismatic. The contrast of vocalists, Kim Naslund (Bluesy,Country Rock) and Scott Naslund (Rock & Roll and Hard Rock), creates a dynamic duo of blended genres in this ingenious band.
Kim started singing in her church choir at the age of nine in Memphis, TN, causing the parishioners to stand in amazement at the powerful voice in one so young. She was also a school choir member, and later was a backup singer in a group called Blue Eyed Soul. After moving to California she was a backup singer for an Indie Rock artist.
Scott, after graduating with honors at UCLA, never lost his love for music as a singer and song writer. Kim and Scott, needing a greater outlet for their music other than weekend jam sessions, founded Seventh Freedom to have an avenue to share their talent and music with the world. Their goal is to record their original songs and perform worldwide.
Jack White, The Rolling Stones, and Grace Potter and The Nocturnals have been inspirational in their pursuit of a musical career.
This duo is accompanied by the unique sounds from a harmonica player weaving through two lead guitarists, intricately producing infectious rhythms coupled with bass and drums that drive home the powerful sound of Seventh Freedom.
