Radio Aftermath

From humble beginnings thrashing out skate and pop punk inspired by the early 2000’s rock scene across stages in Leeds and the wider Yorkshire gig circuit, Radio Aftermath are now Broadening their horizons.

Expanding on these early influences the band now includes impassioned alternative rock hooks and enticing musical left turns inspired by Post Hardcore, Noise Rock, and Math Rock bands in their repertoire.

Following various upheavals with personnel the band have settled into a stable and creatively fertile line-up:

Chris Dennett – Vocals and Guitar
Sam Moran Guitar and vocals
Rob Burns – Bass and Backing Vocals
Jack Craven – Drums.

Their debut single Kiss From A Rebel was released in May 2020 and a sophomore release We Eat the Buffalo followed on 06 November 2020. Both singles were mixed by Home Brew Music in Leeds. Their third single Estranged was launched on Valentine’s Day 2021.

The band have also been busying themselves throughout lockdown releasing short spoken word pieces on their YouTube Channel, entitled The Atomic Age

They have a new single out on Friday (May 6th) called Cup of Coffee in the Big Time. Give yourself a round of applause if you get the reference! As well as that they’ve got the rest of their EP on the way, date to be confirmed as soon as they finish mixing it. They’re not far off now though!
