The wait is over. New Brunswick Death Metal giants Psychotropy have unleashed a killer of a track on the wanting world of metal.
Coming in at just under 4 minutes Synthesis will rock you to the core. The track opens with a sample from one of the best horror films to come out of the John Carpenter 80’s camp ‘The Thing’. We are suddenly gripped by the throat and shook around as Psychotropy attack us with clever interplay and threatening lyrics. The percussion twists and turns with various nuances of aggression mixed with the subtlest of fills. We are hit hard with some serious shredding and thumping bass work, this is good… really good.
With Synthesis, Psychotropy have delivered a storming single that will add to their ever growing reputation as a band to look out for.
