Le Canal

Le Canal was founded by Daniel Blomqvist (vocals, lead guitar) while living and working temporary in a small Swedish town, through which runs Scandinavias most known channel (Gota Kanal). Songs Robber and Let Me In were written at that period. Drummer Olle Nilsson heard the songs and thought it would be a good idea to put something together.

Soon Kristoffer “Totte” Nydén joined on bass, and just before the recording of EP “Au Revoir” Martin Linö joined on complementary guitars.

This fall (2017) Le Canal will enter the studio to start new recordings, and aim to deliver fresh new songs in 2018.
