Joe Mysterio

Joe Mysterio

Enter Joe Mysterio

Guitarist at heart, indie artist Joe Mysterio recently put all his effort into his latest release, the Joe Mysterio EP. A wildly pop fueled alt-rock record, Mysterio utilizes his guitar playing and incorporates those talents into his songs leaving a wonderfully catchy after taste. Putting his best foot forward, Mysterio launches into the EP with the harder rocking “Like You”. From there he changes things up with an almost disco rock song dubbed “Tricks” and follows it up with the indie rock “So Long”. Here’s what  Joe had to say about the record:

“The single has everything you may find when you listen to a Joe Mysterio song. I like to be very percussive with my rhythm guitar playing and have bass lines in close syncopation with it. All lead guitar melodies that I write are with the intention of grabbing the listener and having them remember that melody perfectly. Some guitarists that influence my playing are Johnny Marr, Nile Rodgers, and John Frusciante. While the lyrics may either be humorous or more dramatic and personal, the overall song tone is upbeat and catchy, adding to the humor I like to face all of life’s challenges with.”
