The Witching Hour: eccentric rock song Halloween story of a (new Jerry Hull persona) mad scientist which resides in a dark and decrepit castle and experiences all sorts of crazy and odd things that happen at 3am from a female like creature of the night.

That’s not a monster coming over the hill it’s Jerry Hull with his new single  ‘The Witching Hour’.

Taken from his excellent new album ‘Celebrate in the Sunshine’ Jerry releases ‘The Witching Hour’ just in time to scare families over the Halloween season.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the radio we get a track that it so frightening, so scary and so disturbing that it deserves its own Government Health Warning category.

Okay, it’s not really that scary, in fact it’s not frightening or disturbing either, it’s just 4 minutes of Halloween theatre in the vein of Meat Loaf meets The Phantom of the Opera. Jerry has filled this track with loads of scary sound effects that add to the eeriness. You are taken on a journey that you may never return from as Jerry describes the terror and evil that surround this sinister fantasy world. It will have you bopping away whilst raising your fist in the air screaming “The Witching Hour”

Blow out all the windows electrocution default…..is a means to destruction and the end of it all

The ground starts rumbling and your out of control…half heaven death to hell and you’ve lost your soul

Exploding into terrace floating over the halls….. like abomination’s parody ball

You know the time’s at hand and you stop and stare…..into weak and wanting eyes with no care

Sanctuary!!

In your lab you’re safe and sound…while the world outside goes round and round

Upstairs you’re heels are clicking loud…careful not to topple down

Bats are flying round and round…you feel your floating off the ground

Save yourself from mortal vile…within these walls condemned to fail

You’ve locked yourself within the realm….. this hallowed eve you’re setting sail

You’ve made your mark thoust are complete….on the murky docks of London street

Your heaving breasts and angel’s face….. just feeds the fires of your disgrace

Cleaver illusion you cast me now…..with hardened vigor and sweated brow

The harbour starts boil and your out of control….half heaven death to hell and you’ve lost your soul

Exploding onto wake floating over the stern….. like abomination’s parody burn
