Fhedesh – Interview

Interview with Pete Devine of Pete’s Rock News and Views (http://petesrocknewsandviews.com)

PD: What type of artist are you?

F: That’s a pretty broad question. I would imagine I could summon up with I’m Dark Arts artist that happens to be a record and film producer as well.

PD: Tell us the brief history of yourself.

F: I’ve been producing music for many years in the entertainment industry, from creating and selling tracks to other artists, marketing and promoting, along with managing and promoting nightclubs among other things throughout my career.

PD: Who are your musical and non-musical influences?

F: I’ve been highly influenced by classical music Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Hard Rock, Punk music, old school hip hop, trap, country and Jazz you name it I love it.

PD: What are your dreams and goals?

F: My dream is to continue what I’m doing and see where it goes and then to move on to bigger and better things when the time is right

PD: Who writes your songs, what are they about?

F: I write with my partner Sin Savio and my old friend Status. Most of the music we write are from a dark perspective. We definitely like to show the Dark Side of situations, that usually drives us..

PD: How do you promote your band and shows?

F: Currently we use Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We’re hitting the DMs, getting personal with our fans along with marketing with promotional teams and of course running ads via Microsoft, Google and YouTube to get the word out.

PD: What do you think about downloading music online?

F: I feel like downloading music online is a great thing just as long as it can get tracked every time it’s played so you can get your credit for it, but I believe streaming has overcome the downloading of tracks to be quite honest with you.

PD: What song do you wish you’d written and why?

F: I don’t desire to write anyone’s song other than my own.

PD: What are some of your pet peeves?

F: I can’t stand people being late. It’s quite irritating and disrespectful.

PD: What is your proudest moment in music?

F: My proudest moments are being able to perform something you conceptualized the night before and the audience responding positively to it.

PD: So what are you working on at the moment?

F: At the moment I’m working on a song call Inoculate with Sin Savio. We were hoping to release it this Christmas, but we’re going to go ahead and shoot a video to it and release it for next Christmas. It’ll probably be in October, hopefully we’ll have a good push by December. And in the song we’re basically murdering Santa Claus

PD: Tell us about your next shows and why we should be there.

F: My next show is going to feature Sin Savio performing a couple new songs we have just written and she will also be presenting a bloodbath against one of my current songs I just released ‘Wake Up It’s A Bloodbath’, it should be pretty Epic and extremely dark definitely something you want to see.
