Fabulous Weapons
Fabulous Weapons are at times part Punk, part Funk, but always Rock ‘n’ Roll. Formed at the end of 2016 this power trio were band mates in “The Wounded Kings” and carry over all the chemistry, nous and stagecraft honed playing countless shows and tours on such festival stages such as Roadburn, Desertfest, Damnation and Hellfest, as well as downtown Bucharest and local arts centres all around Europe and Scandinavia.
With a sound that evokes the spirit of QOTSA, The Doors, Eagles of Death Metal, The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, The Melvins and a healthy sprinkle of Rockabilly the band are all about high energy and making people dance, fight, drink and fuck. With a slew of successful shows in their home county of Devon, high praise from BBC Introducing and a high energy “live in the studio” video recording fresh out of the bag showcasing the bands natural talent for live performance this train has just got a ‘rollin and it ain’t gonna stop any time soon. The band is booked for further shows around their native lands and in the UK capital of London. Every gig sees them win over new fans from all walks of life. Equipped with their factory fresh debut and ideas above their station, who knows where this will end up but there’s a guarantee that it’ll be a wild ride. The band will self release their debut album “The Fabulous Weapons Live From Buffet City” in the fall of this year. The album will feature 10 tracks of good time, shit kicking rock ‘n’ roll and will be available on all the usual digital platforms.
