Desensitised

Desensitised have just released their new video to the track Emily.

They’re a rock trio from Nottingham made up of Charlotte (lead vocals/bass), Libby (guitar/backing vocals) and Claire (drums).

Their new album ‘Sister Psychosis’ was recently released to an incredible response and their popularity continues to grow at an astounding rate within the rock music scene.
The band on the track:

‘Emily’ is one of our favourite songs on the new album. It’s a pop-punk anthem with vibrant guitars, punchy beats and a killer chorus. The song’s protagonist ‘Emily’ represents the girl everyone wants to be, who seems perfect on the outside but isn’t all that she seems. The theme of jealousy is prevalent throughout the songs, with lyrics full of angst and conflicting emotions which contrasts with the song’s uplifting melodies.

Upcoming gig dates:

6/9 – THE UNICORN – CAMDEN
7/9 – MACMILLAN FEST – NOTTINGHAM
28/9 – WOODFEST – LEEDS
5/10 – BUTLINS – SKEGNESS
8/12 – THE TRADES – ROTHERHAM
20/12 – PIT & PENDULUM – NOTTINGHAM

The band have played many high profile gigs across the UK, such as: main stage Rock City, headlining Liverpool 02 Academy and supporting 90s chart-toppers Republica.

The album is available on all major digital platforms and physical CDs are available from their official website https://www.desensitised.co.uk/
