THEM GUNS (feat. Navarone Garibaldi)

Los Angeles based rock band, Them Guns has announced the upcoming release of  their highly anticipated new single ‘Acid Plane’ from Golden Robot Records. The band, made up of lead vocalist and guitarist Navarone Garibaldi, keyboardist/drummer Kyle Hamood and bassist Chuck Holiday, are no strangers to the studio and stage having released two previous singles from their upcoming second album, ‘Shot in the Dark’ and ‘Dark Side.’
‘Acid Plane’ is a song about getting on a flight right before a nuclear disaster with the only survivors being those who were in the skies at the time of the eruption. When they make it to their destination, they arrive at a completely different existence from the one they left. The song was written by Garibaldi and Hamood.

The band’s charismatic lead singer/guitarist Navarone Garibaldi and iconic keyboarist/drummer Kyle Hamood had a chemistry for music from an early start. It was circumstance that brought them together after meeting as toddlers at a pool in Hawaii. Twenty years later, at a chance meeting,  the two became bandmates and quickly put their mark on their own unique style of music. Bass player Chuck Holiday rounds out the trio now known as “Them Guns.”
Garibaldi is no stranger to the limelight as the son of Priscilla Presley, but he has forged his own way through his music. With the band’s global, loyal following are energized by the release of their new music. Back in the studio and creating a new music video only precedes plans for a Fall 2023 tour with the band having already performed in U.S., the U.K, South America and Latin America previously.

Brilliance does not happen overnight. THEM GUNS, a synth rock band with dance evoking progressive sounds (forming pre-covid) have managed to sustain not only their unique array of high-quality musical content, but also embody a much deeper bond, -a friendship in fact. A long-time friendship that formed as far back as the mid 1980’s, when two of the band members had a chance meeting as kids.
The connection between the band members runs deep. Chance happenings frequently occur amongst these guys, such as Navarone having an idea one night when lyrics came to him in a dream for a song. The same night he wrote them down, Kyle had an idea for a melody to a song. Neither knew the other’s idea until the following day when mentioned on the phone. Kyle and Chuck played the melody to Navarone’s lyrics, and magic happened. The music fit perfectly with the words.
Whether coincidence or deeper connection, their dynamic spirit continues to create a variety of ever evolving and alluringly progressive sounds. Their eclectic style, although completely unique in their own right, can be deemed a blend of influences from sounds like LCD Sound System, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Tool, Faith No More, Korn, Ghost, Slipknot and Deadsy. Perfectly orchestrated, influential, and cinematic, THEM GUNS is simply tantalizing to watch and hear. The hip new melody of explosive dance synth rock will blow your mind.
If that doesn’t thrill you, then their alluring nature and naturally aesthetic style will captivate your soul. THEM GUNS have succeeded in forming a loyal following with sell-out performances across the globe, amassing fans of kin along the way.
