The Tearaways

California summer vibes with The Tearaways new release ‘Charlie, Keith and Ringo’

The Tearaways were founded in Santa Barbara, California in 1981 and have toured the United Kingdom at least 15 times. They have released several records over the years and are back with a brand new single.

This first radio-only release “Charlie, Keith and Ringo” was produced by legendary producer Ed Stasium (Ramones, Talking Heads) at The Village Recorders in February, 2020 just before the pandemic and is jusy dripping with California harmony filled sun.

The song (from their upcoming “Four From Four” EP) features Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Clem Burke (Blondie) who has played in the Tearaways since 2016 and toured the UK with the band several times.
