The Hilder

The Hilder – ‘A.M.C.’

(Released August 19th 2022)

Combining driving percussion, groove-laden bass riffs, intricate guitars and button-bright synths, Yorkshire-born quartet The Hilder have been turning heads since their inception thanks to a trio of well received singles that has allowing them to stand head and shoulder above their contemporaries.

And now, the band are back with their forthcoming new single ‘A.M.C’. Clocking in at under two and a half minutes, it’s a bright and breezy slice of summery indie-pop that builds on their previous releases perfectly whilst hiding a more serious subject matter. Named after Andy’s Man Club, an organisation helping men with their mental health, the track highlights the importance of such organisations, and the work that they’re doing.

Far from a sombre experience however, ‘A.M.C’ is an optimistic and button bright offering that fits in to The Hilder’s canon perfectly.
