Rumi Shimada Takes On The Indie-Pop World

Rumi Shimada has recently given us a great record that manages to not only peak and keep our interest, but also puts a polished and fresh new spin on indie-pop as a whole.

The album is called Audiofolds and it has quite a fun set of songs that embody some interesting and forward thinking with songwriting.

The songs on this album feature some impressive instrumentation and style and there are enough singles on it to turn heads.

Great with memorable and catchy vocal parts and a straightforward and upfront lyrical approach, Audiofolds takes things to some semi-serious places while still keeping things somewhat whimsical and loose.

This record was not only good fun, but there are songs that come back to you later.

If you are in search of something with that indie-pop style but with a different twist and inventive songwriting, Rumi Shimada is where to look.

Lots of more than solid material on this album.
