Random Access, an Atlanta-based alternative band, is John Broomfield – lead vocals, guitar, sax and keys; Gary Hopkins – bass, backing vocals, keys; Victor Alvarez – drums and percussion; Mike King – guitar, backing vocals, keys.
The Random Access sound is a genre-colliding, super conductive blend of the band’s influences from prog rock, post punk to blues-based rock, new wave, funk and jazz. Quirky-catchy lyrics and phrasing over raw, energetic guitar, a driving bass and solid rhythms, their sound is charged and relevant.
