Our Vices

Formed in May of 2013, Our Vices has gone from merely a hobby to a fully-motivated independent artist, striving to reach the top.

In July of 2014 they played their first sold out show in the Pike Room in Pontiac, MI opening for Our Last Night and Set It Off. Ten days prior to the release of their first EP, they opened for heavy metal act Carnifex at Hatchy’s in Utica, MI. On October 21st, 2014, their debut EP “Survive” was released on iTunes, Spotify, and all other online retailers. On March 20th, 2015, OV played their first headlining show at the Flint Local 432. In May of 2015, Our Vices transitioned from a 5-piece band to the quartet they are now.

On January 15th, 2016, Our Vices headlined the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI, for the release of their sophomore EP “Polarity”. Two months later, OV played their second sold out show, opening for I See Stars in the Crofoot Ballroom.

We are a metal band based out of Flint, Michigan who is striving to change lives with our music.

-We all have things we struggle with, as it is our human nature. But we can still focus on helping each other, and accepting people for who they are, while seeing them for who they were meant to be and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
