PD: What type of artist are you?
N: An original rock/alternative act
PD: Who are your musical and non-musical influences?
N: My influences are Pearl Jam, Sabbath, Shinedown and david Coverdale
PD: What are your dreams and goals?
N: Dreams are just to get better. More creative, creative awareness of Nightblade and play good venues with accomplished bands/musicians.
PD:Who writes your songs, what are they about?
N: I write the songs and hereby a lot of the content is based on real life experiences and different scenarios. There are a couple of ballards on ‘Ignorance is bliss’ which are from the heart.
PD: How do you promote your band and shows?
N: I’m a marketing guy so tend to hit all areas of promotion when marketing the band. Social media, leaflets, word of mouth. We have huge posters up in the underground promoting our album as we speak.
PD: What do you think about downloading music online?
N: Downloading music is a load of fuss for little gain, the whole system needs looking at.
PD: What song do you wish you’d written and why?
N: I wish I had written Pearl Jam’s ‘Black’. It’s such a creative and moving ballard, it creates such a mood
PD: What are some of your pet peeves?
N: Major peeves are badly written lyrics
PD: What is your proudest moment in music?
N: One of my proudest moments is playing with Snakecharmer and Blaze Bayley
PD: So what are you working on at the moment?
N: Creativity is flowing at the moment so we are due back in the studio for our follow up album
