MacGilliossa is easy to say. Just say Macgill…then yossa and you have just spoken Scottish Gealic! It means ‘Son of the Servant.’
We are a high energy Celtic Band who play up beat Celtic Music.
Celtic music includes music played on, bagpipes, guitar, drums, fiddle, whistles and anything else we can get our hands on at the time.
We specialize in either all Irish Music Sets, or Scottish Sets, or if you want we can do both!
We dress accordingly, either in kilts for the Scottish sets or Flat caps and Irish garb for the Irish sets.
We will customize our performance for your event.
We are a touring band who specialize in playing Highland Games, Irish Festivals and Celtic Folk Festivals across the USA.
