Luca Nix is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and audio engineer from South Wales.
Drawing on the world music influences intrinsic to new age, the rhythms of hip-hop and EDM, the experimental and ethereal nature of “psydub,” and the instrumentation of rock, metal, jazz, classical and soul, Luca has chosen an unusual combination of tools for song writing but insists it’s for good reason; each aspect is selected for its specific mode of expression. Or something like that.
Inheriting a love for music and performance from an early age, Luca has been writing, recording and performing most of his life, fronting a Radio Wales contest winning prog metal band, playing various instruments in others, to song writing and producing for a festival hip-hop group.
Luca is currently mixing his debut album, “Axiometry,” which will be available later this year.
