I Forget Myself Launches New Acoustic Album ‘Unplugged – Bury The Hatchet’ in May 2023

Forget Myself Records is proud to announce the release of a new full-length album Unplugged – Bury The Hatchet by independent artist I Forget Myself, which will be available worldwide on Friday, the 26th of May, 2023. Singer-songwriter Dan, also known as I Forget Myself, has once again composed, performed, recorded and produced this album, as well as filmed and edited an accompanying live video performance of the entire record. This new eleven-song work of alternative acoustic rock is the sixth album he has completed in just three years.

I Forget Myself is a professional recording artist, singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist based in the Asian world city of Hong Kong. He is currently writing new material and rehearsing for his live debut of this project. He has over two decades of musical experience in the industry: from extensively touring in bands for over ten years, opening for international acts, being signed to a major label in his native South Africa to being a student of an acclaimed internationally-renowned jazz bassist and teaching music for four years, all of which is reflected in his compelling body of work. He is also an active online content creator and has uploaded over 160 videos to his YouTube Channel, which have been viewed over 94 000 times, covering varied content from music videos to gaming and art. I Forget Myself is also an aspiring fiction writer working on his first novel.
