Minnesota based Hot Pink Hangover bring out their debut EP “Wasted” on May 19th. The four piece have arranged an exclusive HOT PINK HANGOVER’S “GET ‘WASTED’ PARTY!” to launch the EP on May 19th at Nomad World Pub, 501 Cedar Ave S, Minneapolis.
We baked a Pop pie, wrapped it in a Rock crust, then threw it in the face of a supermodel.
So, what about the music? The EP opens with “Hell I’m ‘Bout to Raise” A foot stomping, hand clapping rocker with a killer chorus. Strong vocals and thumping drums make this a great opener.

The fist punching “Wasted Girl” soon follows. This is a great track that rocks from the beginning, the sound is a little like Pat Benetar meets Hole. “The Summer That Johnny Drowned” is a fantastic high energy track that will have you shouting the title out loud after only one listen. “Fly” hits you in the face with its 
entrance, yet for me it is the most commercial track on the EP. That doesn’t make it a bad thing as it is a cracking song that is well sung and excellently played. it still has energy and it still rocks. “Hazard Town” closes the EP. The song starts off slowly as we are then hit with some wonderful rock riffs that certainly makes this the EP’S stand out track.
“Wasted” is an admirable EP that finds Hot Pink Hangover showing the world that they have arrived. You will want to listen to this EP over and over again. Each track is worthy of being a single. There is no filler here. Let the Hangover begin.
