This full-band re-make of ‘Missing Out’, originally released on Rees’ 2018 acoustic EP ‘Slow Down’ (and a firm crowd favourite from the band’s live shows) is the perfect celebration of Rees’ past and future, and solidifies Rees’ move from singer-songwriter to full-band indie-rock without losing any of the gritty honesty that’s so loved in her songwriting. ‘Missing Out (Again)’ is the punchy antithesis of tired break-up songs, where catchy guitar riffs meet a witty tongue-in-cheek lyricism coated over sincere feeling. The single is out on Friday 3rd March, before Rees and band celebrate the launch on the 5th March at their first headliner of 2023 at TwoByTwo Brewery Taproom.
