WeatheredMan (Simon Bradshaw) is much better known for his horrible indie rock noise or writing hits with K-pop artists. Lia just graduated from Leeds Conservatoire with a first in songwriting. Different backgrounds. Different influences. Different generations. But that’s been the case with many of the best collaborations…Cherish is a low key alt-pop song that evokes London Grammar at their finest or touches ofSt Vincent at her most thoughtful. It’s pure sadness at it’s most beautiful.
And we all need a bit of that from time to time.
