Formed in 2016, FAINITES have wasted no time establishing themselves on the fertile South Coast rock scene. Their debut gig in October was at the legendary Joiners in Southampton, where they were invited to support rising rockers Blackfoxxes. A sold-out December hometown show in Portsmouth followed, and their 2017 started with a bang with a stellar performance at Icebreaker festival in February.
The band create anthemic, intelligent, hardcore-tinged alternative rock, and their debut EP ‘Battle Scars’ was released on Monday 17th April. Lead track ‘Geraldine’ – a storming piece of alternative rock, welding chunky guitar riffs to yearning vocals and pounding drums – is set for radio and press exposure, with a video to accompany.
