She picked up a guitar at the age of 6 and was taught by legendary blues-slide guitarist Sammy Mitchell who worked at her fathers Music Shop and Studio in Putney, South-West London.
At Fourteen she started playing gigs across London with the band My Weird Sister, supporting the likes of The UK SUBS, Thee Hypnotics, The Trudy, and The Cardiacs. At 18, Her band Mustang Sally, were playing ‘sold out’ gigs at London’s Famous, Marquee Club. She continued her musical journey as contributing songwriter and performer and has written, played and recorded with many bands, artists and Producers such as John Fiddler, Angelo, Neneh Cherry, Joyride, Boney M’s-Marcia Barrett, Cristina Vane, Denny Ball, Steve Jervier, Tommy Farragher and The Magpie Salute’s- John Hogg.
In 2016 the Americana Roots rocker and songwriter stepped out from behind the scenes to launch her solo career, recording her eclectic range of Rock Country, Folk, Bluegrass and Electronica songs with Producer Jack Ruston at the Helm.
Her debut single, “Said And Done” was chosen by Tom Robinson of BBC Radio 6 for airplay on BBC Introducing as well as Gary Crowley for his Radio London Introducing show. Continuing to be playlisted by a host of Independent Stations around the world. Said and Done reached number 16 in The Scottish New Music Chart. Guitar Star’s Gerard Cousins, referred to her a ‘Riff Monster’ when she supported him at one of his shows. The follow up single 20 Days, clocked up thousands of worldwide plays with over 100 Stations airing the track. She has been compared to Alanis Morissette and Trent Reznor and hotly tipped as ‘One to watch’ by My Random Jukebox
Her ability to cross many genres led to an instrumental version of her Country- Folk track ‘Stones’ being included in the award winning documentary film ‘Fast Eddie’. 2017 saw her play sold out shows supporting Tom Hingley and Space as hired ‘Bass playing’ Gun for Kingsley Beat. Ending the year on a ‘high’ with ‘ Said and Done’ at number 8 on Radio Beacon’s Tip for the Top Chart Show and ’20 Days’ placed at Number 13 on Florida’s Pop Garden Radio Top 25 tracks of 2017. 2018 got off to a flying start with 2 of her tracks being included in the Triumph Motorcycles documentary film Rocketeers Ride.
June 15th saw the release of her third single, Sweeter. The track showcases her ability to cross and combine genre’s whilst tap dancing across the pigeonholes.
