Decaptacon is a 6-piece Melodic Death Metal Band from the Ruhr-Area, Germany. The band formed in 2014, with their first album and live debut in 2017. Their unique brand of entertainment are the 3 guitarists that fuse double-harmonized melodies and punchy, groovy rhythms. The musical influences are a combination of older Amon Amarth, At The Gates, older In Flames and Be’Lakor. The second album was released in July 2022 and the band is already working on their third album, which is planned to be released around winter 2023/2024.
