Ever since their inception in late 2018, DALI have been continually pressing forward. To date, the fiery quartet have performed alongside names such as Mallory Knox, Sick Joy and Big Spring, and the rising alt-rockers show no signs of stopping or slowing down, as they continue their charge to the higher reaches of the UK scene. Last year, the band dropped the single, You’re Not The One, (https://youtu.be/kNPRweVVTqs ), which received rampant praise and critical acclaim. Alex Baker at Kerrang! Radio played the track numerous times on his Fresh Blood show; so too did Elise Cobain at Amazing Radio. The single also picked up strong backing from Moshville Times, Maximum Volume Music, and Dead Press, as well as many other prominent websites. DALI ended 2019 with another sold out headline show before heading to the studio to begin work on their debut EP, VOL. 1.
After working round the clock to bring their new EP to life, the band are now set to reach new heights in 2020. Jack Grossman (Drums) remarks about the record: “VOL.1 is the first chapter of our careers as Dali. This body of music is a representation of where we have been physically and mentally within the last 10 months. A lot has happened to us as people and musicians, and we feel this record is the embodiment of this time for us as a band, individuals and as brothers.”
DALI have seen themselves evolve into something which holds no bounds for them independently and as musicians. They are determined to make their mark. They begin with VOL.1.
