PD: Who are your musical and non-musical influences?

JS: Musically – David Bowie, Joy Division, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Pixies, The Smiths, the obvious ones really!

PD: What are your dreams and goals?

JS: A dream is to be recognized as one of the best bands to come out of Leeds and to record a full LP and release it in the charts.

JS: I write the core of the songs on piano or guitar at home and then the other lads contribute with their instruments. The lyrically themes change in every song, mostly they’re about common situations that occur in our everyday lives.

JS: Probably Life on Mars – Bowie, one of the best songs ever written isn’t it?!

PD: What are some of your pet peeves?

JS: Someone loudly eating their food, It makes that person eminently punchable in my eyes.
