BLACKMAMBA – a Hard Rock band based in the UK (Preston, North West England)
“Hard, heavy and melodic- straight up ‘n’ in your face!” best describes them. Their music, an equal measure of Heavy Metal, Hard Rock and melodic styles, makes them stand out of the metal genre … with tons of energy live!
BLACKMAMBA are: Jonny Garlo – lead vocalist and Bass | Jimmy Garlo – Lead Guitar | Ben Bradshaw – Guitar | Ryan Briggs – Drums.
BLACKMAMBA are prolific in writing their own original music and have already built an extensive repertoire. Their debut album, “Alive N’ Violent” is now released.
It is hard to compare their style with more famous bands. While fitting within the Heavy Metal/ Hard Rock genre, they have a wider range of influences, heavily guitar based, even touching upon the Spanish roots of the Garlo Brothers.
Their passion, however, is to play live…
Not only do they sound brilliant onstage they perform their songs to the highest standard and still entertain their followers, other bands’ fans… and even that group that only came in for a pint!
