A Life Well Lived
A Life Well Lived formed in June 2016 when guitarists Alex Martin and Ben McConahy began writing music together. The band began playing local shows with a revolving line-up until September when the officially added vocalist Damian Cabrera, Drummer Zack Leya, and Bassist Cal Holmby. In October, the band started recording their debut EP with Michael Matsakis at New Galaxy Records. In January 2017, Cal left the band leaving the band with only four members. Soon after, Damian took over rhythm guitar duties and Alex began playing bass thus making them a four-piece. On March 24th, A Life Well Lived released their EP titled “While You Move Forward…”.
